Old Post Office Pavilion

Ranked as one of Washington's top eight attractions, The Old Post Office Pavilion is equally a part of its present and its past.  The downtown showcase of the District's revitalized Pennsylvania Avenue, The Pavilion offers three levels of fun.  You will  find mouth-watering international cuisine, sophisticated shopping, and relaxation with a jazzy piano or a string quartet.  At Ticketplace, you can even purchase same-day, half-price tickets for performances at the Kennedy Center as well as other local theaters.  After ascending two elevators to the top of the tower, one can observe some of the most spectacular views of Washington including major landmarks and buildings.  On the trip down from the tower, stop and visit the level for the "Congress Bells" a gift from Great Britain to the U.S. in celebration of its bicentennial.
